Project Background-In 2008, when the client was in a start-up mode, People Dynamics was approached to design and run the entire recruitment function as an outsourced model. This was part of the clients stated objective of leveraging outsourced capabilities for non-core activities while focusing solely on their core functions.

The Solution-People Dynamics set up a team of 7 off-site personnel and 1 on-site coordinator. The project was headed by an experienced recruitment professional who was the designated project owner and had overall responsibilities of

The Impact- Over 300 employees of the client were selected through this activity over the last 24 months. This was across functional verticals- core network, IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, government relations, sales, marketing, front-line retail, call centers etc.
