Project Background-People Dynamics was approached to plan, source, manage and bring onboard the entire call center and retail front-line personnel for the client. The challenges before us were

  • Initial screening
  • Face to face interviews to shortlist candidates
  • Arranging client’s assessment centers
  • End to end international mobilization
The Impact
Over 160 employees were selected through this activity from 8 countries and with 15+ nationalities. We completed the first phase within agreed time lines and were further engaged for phase-2 and 3. Today, our client has one of the best front line sales and customer service personnel in the country and 80% of those have come through People Dynamics.
